First Trip Kesher 2017 Last Full Week…
Full of Excitement, Integration, Trips, and Activities!

Our last full week of Kesher-who could believe,
There is so much that we each did achieve!
We had fun, did grow, and learn,
Which is exactly what we all do yearn.
Two trips this week! First to Monsey we did go,
Camp Merockdim was beautiful we do know,
We did gymnastics, climbed, biked, and enjoyed the maze,
Enough activities to keep us busy for days.
We had delicious pizza for lunch,
On ices, chips, and pretzels for snack we did munch.
Guess Who?! Which parents got called in?
If you’re still standing you did win!
Kesher mock wedding-mazel tov!
Going to a chasunah is what we all love.
We decorated, dressed, up, sang, and danced,
If you could only see the smiles as everyone pranced.
PicWits night activity-who can draw a picture for the quote,
You had three minutes to try your best before we had to vote.
Princess Day in Campus-so fancy and nice,
The tiaras you made couldn’t be brought for any price.
The muffins you baked could have come from a bakery,
You worked hard and it was beautiful to see.
Pioneers enjoyed their time in Hawaii,
With Hawaiian punch and creating edible palm trees.
Baseball and Lineup with Sternberg we played,
The smiles on our faces did not fade.
Pioneers and Junior Staff are working on their Purim play,
With drama, dance and choir-we’ll be blown away!
You folded and rolled to tie-dye socks,
They look awesome and really rock!
Teams Amazing and Metzuyan in Heller kickball,
We worked on coordination and tried that no one should fall.
You are each decorating a beautiful plate,
To see the finished pieces we cannot wait.
Potato kugel- peel, grate, and eat,
What a special Shabbos treat.
Job Training continues to do their jobs well,
Setting tables, babysitting, and mail-you’re really quite swell!
Many participated in a scavenger hunt around camp grounds,
A sweet and cold treat was the prize that they found!
Our second trip to bowling, pizza, and Walmart,
Dancing, eating, and filling up our carts.
We bowled, sang, ate, schmoozed and shopped,
The ruach and fun did not stop!
Ingredient for salads each division brought,
Healthy and tasty salads were what we sought.
A few more days in camp are all that remain,
As first trip Kesher 2017 starts to wane.
Those days will surely fly by fast,
And we will continue to have a blast,
