Camp Lavi Yachad Week 3!!

This week was our 3rd week of camp, and we have been working hard, enjoying activities, and even got to host a very exciting intercamp sports day with other Yachad Programs.

 

Intercamp Day!

This week we another chance to meet up with our friends from other Yachad Summer Programs! We hosted the Vocational Program from Mesorah for a sports day! Unfortunately, it rained in the morning but we did not let that get in the way of our fun! We found an indoor space and played name that tune! We got to go outside and play some Volleyball and our team of course took the gold! We had such a great day and went out for some victory ice cream!

 

Spotlight of the Week

This week we decided to highlight one of our workers in camp – David Orlansky

Sara: David, what was your favorite part of the week?

David: When I got to deliver the mail and help out on security. I let the pizza man deliver the pizza to camp!

S: Besides work, what activity was the most fun?

D: I loved going on the Dune Buggy and swimming in the pool!

S: What are you looking forward to about next week?

D: I can’t wait for my visitors to come and see Camp Lavi.
