Shula Einhorn, LMSW has been involved with JUF/Yachad from 2011-2020 in the capacity of vocational director and is excited to be back for the summer! She is a graduate of Hunter College School of Social Work and has experience in the fields of play therapy, trauma informed counseling and vocational services. Shula currently works as a school social worker at Magen David Yeshiva providing short term counseling to students as well as support to staff and families. Shula is also a coordinator at Ourplace, a center for at-risk youth. Shula uses her background in vocational rehabilitation services to assist Our Place girls with career planning, resume writing and interview skills. Additionally, Shula uses her social work training to respond to mental health challenges and refer individuals to clinical services. She looks forward to utilizing her various combined experience to support Yachad members and staff this summer.
