Heyyyy YBY 2019! I am so excited for this summer together, literally counting down the days! My name is Adi Ronen and I hail all the way from “the other side” of Teaneck. I went to SAR High School, and after four incredible years there I moved to Yerushalayim where I learned in Midreshet Harova for a year. I’ve been doing Yachad Summer since I went on YBY as a participant in 2015! Now I go to Stern where I’m studying Biology. Some important facts to know about me- I prefer Starbucks over Dunkin’ any day. My favorite foods are sweet potatoes and feta cheese (especially when they’re together). I love rocking out to Yeshiva Boys Choir and all old Taylor Swift songs. I have only been on one real rollercoaster my entire life (and only because it lasted a total of 13 seconds), because I have a huge fear of heights! I hate all mint chocolate mixtures because I’m a firm believer that mint should be for toothpaste and gum alone. And I was on the soccer team in middle school, (which you will soon find out is very surprising because I am the worst at all things sports and have the most terrible aim). I absolutely can’t wait to spend our summer together and get to know all of you!!
